CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
We at BestTireandWheels.com will gladly accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard. BestTireandWheels.com keeps all credit card transactions for a period of (3) years. We will take credit cards over the phone however, we will only ship to the confirmed address on the credit card. If you want the merchandise shipped to another address that address must be listed as an alternative address with your credit card company. Also in order for us to process your credit card order you name, address, and zip code must match with the information on file with your credit card company before we can process any kind of credit card transaction. Sorry but there are no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND POLICY
We will gladly accept returns however, there is a 25% restocking fee on any merchandise returned to BestTireandWheels.com. Before you return you merchandise make sure to obtain an RMA authorization number with a company representative. You will need this in order to return your merchandise. If you have recieved damaged merchandise you must report it to us ( BestTireandWheels.com) within Three (3) business days. All merchandise sold on BestTireandWheels.com is insured for the total purchase price. Sometimes mistakes do happen and if for some reason you recieve the wrong merchandise BestTireandWheels.com will gladly return it without a restocking fee. However, if you recieve exactly what you ordered a restocking fee of 25% will still apply. The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer unless the order was recieved in error.

Planning on placing an order with BestTireandWheels.com We will ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and FPO/APO addresses as well. It is also possible to ship to Canada, provided that UPS has accessible via UPS standard service. All other international address will not be shipped to. The shipping carrier used will be at our discretion. UPS is our primary carrier, but certain locations will require us to ship via USPS.
All FPO/APO, Guam or the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS. Please select standard shipping when placing your order. Calculating Cost Shipping costs for orders from BestTireandWheels.com depend upon the method and option you choose. If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Abnormal Shipping Charges
Due to unexpected malfunctions that may occur on our website, BestTireandWheels.com reserves the right to make corrections to customer orders after they are placed. With the permission of the customer, BestTireandWheels.com may also make additional changes to a customer's credit card after and order has been placed.
Damaged Shipments
BestTireandWheels.com makes sure to package each order as well as possible to prevent any damages occuring during transport. Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged item.
When shipping damage occurs please make sure that you do not dispose of the original shipping container or any of the packing material. If the original box and packaging materials are not provided, we will not be able to file a claim for your product and you would not be able to get your item replaced. Please pack the damaged item back up as you received it and contact us immediately via email at, support@BestTireandWheels.com. Make sure that you include a detailed description of the damage to the item, as well as a description of the package if there is any damage to the carton.
Once you have notified us of the damage we will start a claim with the shipping carrier. A representative from that carrier should soon get in contact with you after in order to review your package. Once confirmed, we will be able to ship out your replacement.
Refusing Shipment
If customers refuses shipment of an order there will be a minimum 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NON-Refundable. This applies to all packages that are shipped back to us if the customer refuses the package, is not available for several days for delivery or the provided address is not correct. If this is the scenario, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
If the customer decides not to have the item reshipped, they will charged with a 20% restocking fee.
BestTireandWheels.com will not pay for any fees for refused shipments from Canada. All Canadian customers that refuse shipments will not receive refunds for the items shipped. If you decide that you no longer want the items, please fill out an RMA request using our RMA module on www.BestTireandWheels.com.

Any information that you submit through us will be private and not be shared under any circumstances. Therefore, we do not sell, share, or rent information to anyone outside BestTireandWheels.com. We cherish our customers and their private and personal lives.

Access to all of our customers' information is restricted. Only personel who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to a customers information. If you would like to have your financial information deleted from our database at the time of your order, you may opt to have your financial information deleted from our records upon completion of your order. You may contact us via email at support@BestTireandWheels.com to request that your information be deleted from our database. For future transactions, you will be required to re-enter your information.
